Product Summary

The LM148J is a quadruple, independent, high-gain, internally compensated operational amplifier designed to have operating characteristics similar to the μA741. These amplifiers exhibit low supply current drain, and input bias and offset currents that are much less than those of the mA741. The LM148J is characterized for operation over the full military temperature range of –55℃ to 125℃.

Parametrics

LM148J absolute maximum ratings: (1)Supply voltage, VCC+: 22 V; (2)Supply voltage, VCC-: -22V; (3)Differential input voltage, VID: 44 V; (4)Input voltage, VI: ±22 V; (5)Duration of output short circuit: unlimited; (6)Continuous total power dissipation: See Dissipation Rating Table; (7)Operating free-air temperature range, TA: -55 to 125℃; (8)Storage temperature range: -65 to 150℃; (9)Case temperature for 60 seconds FK package: 260 ℃; (10)Lead temperature 1,6 mm (1/16 inch) from case for 60 seconds J package: 300 ℃.
